摘　　要：近些年来，在刑事、民事案件的庭审过程中，为正确处理案件，法医的出庭提供了科学证据保障，使得案件审理更具有科学性、透明性。本文就法医出庭作证的现状和困难进行论述，并对相关对策进行探讨，为我国的司法诉讼提供一些建议和思路。in recent years, in the process of criminal and civil cases, in order to correctly deal with the case, the torensic court to provide scientific evidence to ensure that the trial is more scientific and transparent. In this paper, the status quo and difficulties of Forensic Science in court are discussed, and the relevant countermeasures are discussed, which provides some suggestions and ideas for our country ＇s judidal proceedings.
