摩擦式胡椒鲜果脱皮装置的设计与试验分析

摘　　要：针对胡椒鲜果脱皮机脱皮不彻底、碎果及浪费严重等问题。本文阐述一种适用于胡椒鲜果磨皮的装置,该装置利用离心力施压在胡椒鲜果表皮与摩擦网上完成脱皮,且可利用风压完成对碎皮和果核的分离。试验结果表明:摩擦式胡椒鲜果脱皮装置的脱皮率达95%以上,且果核损伤率低于5%,符合设计要求。In view of the pepper fruit peeling machine thoroughly,chopped fruit and not waste serious problems.This paper expounds a device that is suitable for the grinding pepper fruit peel,putting pressure on the device using the centrifugal force in online finished peeling pepper fruit epidermis and friction,and can use air pressure to complete separation of broken skin and core.Experimental results show that the friction type pepper fruit peeling device peeling rate above 95%,and the core damage rate is less than 5%,conform to the design requirements.
