摘 要:针对具有凸极效应的常规永磁同步电动机的问题,即最大电磁转矩的功角大于90°,在负载运行时永磁体存在较大的退磁危险,提出一种具有反凸极效应的新结构永磁同步电动机,并分别对该永磁同步电动机和传统永磁同步电动机进行了有限元分析,得到了电机的气隙磁密波形和空载反电势波形,并进行了谐波分析,求出了交直轴电感特性和矩角特性曲线。与传统的永磁同步电动机相比,新结构电机不仅永磁体用量减少、气隙磁密波形更接近正弦波,而且具有反凸极特性,减小了电机退磁的危险;并且该电机的最大电磁转矩比传统结构电机提高3.33%,增强了电机的过载能力。Considering the problem of the conventional permanent magnet synchronous motor with salient pole effects : torque angle of the largest electromagnetic torque is greater than 90° , and the permanent magnets run the high risk of de magnetization, a novel permanent magnet synchronous motor with reverse salient-pole property was presented. The Finite element analysis of the novel and the traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor was made. The waveforms of air gap flux density and no-load back EMF and their Fourier analyses were worked out. The d and q axis inductance characteristics and torque-angle characteristic curves of both the novel and the traditional one were obtained. Compared with the tradition- al permanent magnet synchronous motor, the motor not only reduces the consumption of the permanent magnet,but also has waveform of air gap flux density closer to the sine wave. And it has reverse salient-pole characteristic, so as to reduce the risk of motor demagnetization. Also, the biggest electromagnetic torque of the novel motor is 3.33% bigger than that of the traditional one, which can enhance the overload capacity of the motor.
