五情制约法配合耳穴埋豆对中风后抑郁患者抑郁程度及生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨五情制约法配合耳穴埋豆对中风后抑郁患者生存质量及抑郁程度的影响。方法:选取中风患者90例,按照入院顺序将患者分为试验组和对照组。对照组采用中风常规护理措施,试验组在常规护理的基础上给予五情制约法配合耳穴埋豆中医护理方法进行护理。于入院、出院当日分别评估两组患者的生存质量和抑郁程度。结果:护理干预后试验组患者的抑郁得分低于对照组(P<0.05);且在生存质量得分比较中,除"视力"维度试验组得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:五情制约法配合耳穴埋豆在中风常规护理的基础上可以疏通经络,调和气血,开郁安神,减轻患者抑郁情绪,从中医角度为中风后抑郁患者寻找到较安全奏效的的护理措施。Objective： To investigate the impact of depression degree and quality of life in post stroke depression patients for five-emotion restricted combined with auricular point pressing therapy. Methods： 90 cases of post stroke patients with depression were divided into the control group and test group according to admission time. Patients in test group were treated with five-emotion restricted and auricular point pressing therapy, while patients of control group were only given stroke routine guidance. Then the quality of life and ,degree of expression were compared between the two groups at the admission, discharge day. Results： The depression scores in test group were lower than that of the control group after nursing intervention （P〈0.05）, and the scores of life-quality in test group were significantly higher than that of the control group except the dimension of visual （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The five-emotion restricted combined with auricular point pressing therapy on the basis of common nursing can alleviate depress of post stroke patients, improve survival quality through dredging channels and collateral, regulating qi and blood, relieving depression and uneasiness, and enable them return to society as soon as possible. In addition, the effective and safe nursing methods for the post stroke depression patients also complies with the new medical model and the transformation of nursing philosophy from the viewpoint of TCM.
