摘  要:对新疆克孜锌尾矿中锌的回收工艺展开了研究,对锌尾矿的矿物组成、化学成分、尾矿粒级、锌分布规律、锌赋存状态进行了研究;此外,还对锌尾矿进行了氨水溶浸和重选工艺的研究。实验结果表明:超重力分选锌精矿的品位可以达到30%以上,锌的总回收率可达65%以上;氨水溶浸锌的提取率可以达到65%以上。本试验锌品位很低,平均品位只有1.6%,考虑到经济成本和生产效率的因素,可采用超重力分选法富集锌。In this paper, the recycling process of zinc from Xinjiang Kezi zinc tailings was studied. Mineral composition, chemical composition, distribution of zinc, and mode of occurrence of zinc were also studied. Besides, some methods such as ammonia leaching zinc and super gravity separation were applied to the research of zinc tailings. The experimental results show that the grade of zinc concentrate can be reached more than 30%, and the total recovery rate of zinc can be reached more than 65% by the method of super gravity separation; The extraction rate of zinc can be reached more than 65% by the method of ammonia leaching. Finally, the average grade of zinc in this work is very low, only 1.6%, considering the factors of economic cost and production efficiency, we eventually adopted super gravity separation method to enrich zinc.
