摘  要:指出了迁钢公司2条热轧平整机在生产薄规格集装箱板和酸洗板时所暴露出的影响热轧薄带钢最终成品质量的板形控制和表面质量方面的2大关键问题。通过建立四辊热轧平整机的有限元模型,结合现场实际工况,对比研究了工作辊弯辊功效、凸度调节范围和辊间接触压力分布,对于解决板形控制和表面质量有一定的指导意义。Flatness and surface quality were two key factors of hot-roiled thin strip quality. Problems of flatness control and surface quality of thin container plate and pickled sheet tempered in two temper mills of Qiangang were analyzed. The FEM model of 4-H temper mill were developed and were used for the comparative study of work roll bending efficiency, crown adjusting range and contact pressure distribution between rolls, which provided references for solving flatness control and surface quality problems in temper rolling process.
