摘  要:针对常规耦合剂不能很好适应特殊条件下的声波测试问题,在综合分析现有耦合剂特性及其适用条件的基础上,以熟石膏为基础原料配置耦合剂,通过系列实验,研究了水膏比、促凝剂、缓凝剂和环境温度等对其耦合效果的影响及变化规律。研究结果表明:凝结时间随水膏比和缓凝剂添加量的升高逐渐增加,随促凝剂添加量的升高呈先降低后增加的规律;黏结强度随水膏比和促凝剂含量的升高先增加后降低,随缓凝剂添加量的升高不断降低;温度对耦合效果基本不产生影响。耦合剂应用于声波-应力同向同步联合测试,对试件应力方向的变形影响很小,能获得理想的纵波及横波,可为声波和地震波测试提供借鉴。Aiming at the problem that the conventional coupling agent cannot adapt to ultrasonic test under some special conditions, the hemihydrate gypsum was used as a raw material to make coupling medium on the basis of its hydration mechanism, through the comprehensive analysis of the existing coupling characteristic and applicable condition, this paper probes into the change rule by analysing the effect of water paste ratio, coagulant, retarder and environmental temperature on the coupling quality. The results show that the condensation rate is increased with the increase of water paste ratio and retarder dosage, and decreased at the beginning but some time later increased with the coagulant dosage increase. Adhesive strength is increased first and then decreased with the increase of ratio of water to paste and coagulant dosage, which shows significantly lower trends with the retarder dosage increase. Temperature has little influence on coupling effect. Coupling agent was applied to acoustic-stress direction joint test, the impact of specimen deformation on stress direction is lesser, which can obtain the perfect compressional wave and shear wave at the same time, so it has good application effect and can provide references for the acoustic and seismic wave test.
