摘 要:针对液压测试台所面临问题,研发了一套基于虚拟仪器的液压测控系统。首先对液压试验台整体结构进行了设计,在此基础上开发了测控系统的硬件和软件部分。该测控系统以工控机、PXI数据总线与LabVIEW为核心,现场各类传感器、执行机构与工控机进行通信,并实现数据高速采集、分析与处理。进行了液压马达元件的性能试验和泵控马达系统的动态性能试验,该液压测控系统达到了设计要求。The performance of hydraulic transmission system has great influence on performance of construction machinery. According to problems faced by the hydraulic testing platform, a hydraulic measurement and control system based on the virtual instrument is researched and built. At first, the whole structure of hydraulic comprehensive test bench is researched. The hardware and software of the measurement and control system are built on this basis. Industrial control computer, PXI data bus and LabVIEW are the core of the measurement and control system and the industrial control computer is communicating with all kinds of sensors and actuators. High speed data acquisition, analysis and processing are realized in the measurement and control system. At last, by the performance test of hydraulic motor and the dynamic performance test of pump controlled motor system, it is verified that the hydraulic measurement and control system can meet the design requirements.
