摘　　要：研究了中碳含硼钢(w[C]%≥0.16)连铸坯中内裂纹的形成机理,包括钢的高温力学性能、BN和Al N在钢中的竞相析出行为。针对中碳含硼钢(w[C]%≥0.16)在连铸过程中出现裂纹漏钢和铸坯有中间裂纹的问题,采取优化配水制度、稳定中间包温度等措施,提高了铸坯的表面质量,使轧后线材的表面结疤得到缓解。It is researched the forming mechanism of internal cracks in continuous casting billet of medium - carbon boron-bearing steel （w[ C] %≥0. 16）, including the high- temperature mechanical properties of steel, the competing precipitation of BN and AIN in steel. Against the problems of crack steel bleed - out in casting and center cracks in billet, with measures of optimizing water distribution system, stabilizing tundish temperature and etc. , the surface quality of billet is improved, the surface scab of rolled wire steel gets relief.
