摘  要:为解决煤炭行业发展规模与安全生产之间存在的固有矛盾,满足大水矿区对防治水技术与统筹管理方法创新的迫切需求,提出了生产企业与科研院所优势互补的"产研"合作模式,构建了适用于复杂条件下大水矿区的煤矿防治水安全技术支撑与管理体系,实现了防治水技术与管理理念的协同创新,为探索适用于深部煤炭资源开采的防治水配套技术与管理方法提供了参考。To solve the inherent contradiction between the coal industry development scale and safety production,to meet the urgent de- mand of water prevention and control technology and the overall management of innovative methods of f/ood mine, a complementary " production-research" model of cooperation was proposed between production enterprises and research institutes. A safety technical sup- port and management system suitable for complex conditions was constructed in water prevention and control field. With the application of this system, the collaborative innovation of water control technology and management philosophy was achieved. All this can provide a reference suitable for exploring water controlling technology and management methods in deep coal mining.
