摘 要:视相对密度是煤的重要参数,在煤与瓦斯突出预测、煤质分析等方面有广泛的用途,但查阅文献发现标准GB/T 6949—2010对极软突出煤层不适用,主要是由于极软突出煤层粒径较小无法选取规定粒径,且松软极易破碎造成裹蜡损失。针对此问题,建立了视相对密度测定与粒径关系模型,经计算分析发现粒径选取越小测定值越大,且在4 mm以下表现更为明显,所以不可选用大颗粒代替极软突出煤进行测定。为解决其测定问题,提出了模拟煤层法,该方法将一定质量的极软突出煤放置入固定装置中压制成型,然后施加相应煤层应力,对其体积进行准确测定,从而获得煤样的视相对密度,并设计制造了相关设备,利用设备进行了相关实验。设备能实现对极软突出煤层视相对密度的准确测定,且由于测试过程中考虑了应力影响,故测定值略大于GB/T 6949—2010方法,误差率小于1%,远远满足重复性小于0.04的要求。Apparent relative density is an important parameter of coal seam. It has been widely used in coal and gas outburst prediction and coal quality analysis. However,it is found that the standard GB/T 6949--2010 is not suitable for extremely soft coal seam by review literature. The main reason is due to the extremely soft outburst coal seam of smaller particle size can not be selected defined size, and coal sample is easy to damage and loss in sealing wax. To solve this problem, this paper established modeling of relationship between relative density and particle size. The smaller the coal sample size selection determination value is greater by calculating and analyzing, and the performance of under 4 mm are more obvious, so it can not be used in measurement by large particles instead of small particles. Simulated seam method was presented to solve the problem of measuring, this method will quality extremely soft outburst coal seam put fixation device for molding, then applied to the corresponding stress of coal seam and determine its volume, so as to obtain the relative density of coal sample, and then design and manufacture of related equipments, the experiment was carried out using the equipment. The equipment can realize the accurate determination of relative density for extremely soft outburst coal seam, the measurement value is slightly larger than the GB/T 6949--2010 method because the testing process considered stress influence,but, error rate is more less than 1% ,the repeatability satisfies requirements of less than 0.04.
