摘  要:以上海某专科医院为研究对象,比较自院长绩效评价实施以来的成效,寻求影响医院绩效的因素,尤其是医院的可控因素,通过利用改进Delphi法,总结有利于提高组织绩效、改善医疗卫生服务能力、增强医院整体核心竞争力的方法和有益的内部管理制度或措施,积极探索其有效性和推广性,为同类医院推广医疗系统的管理措施提供有力参照,为共同改善绩效分享有益的经验。Taking a specialized subject hospital in Shanghai as the research object, we tried to seek the results and factors especially the controllable factors since the implementation of the performance evaluation. By using the modified Delphi method, the summary of article contributes to improve organizational performance, improve the capability of the medical and health services, strengthen the key hospital competitiveness and system of beneficial internal management, with a positive exploration for effectiveness and generalizability, in order to provide a reasonable reference frames and share experience to the same level hospitals.
