摘  要:为了合理调配诊疗资源,中南大学湘雅二医院推出"全时空"门诊诊疗模式,依托医院信息化技术,通过预约诊疗,让熟悉的患者找到熟悉的医师就诊,突破门诊空间和医师门诊时间的制约,解决患者挂号难、候诊难的问题。介绍了开设"全时空"门诊的设计理念、实施方法以及"全时空"门诊对改善患者就医体验和提高服务能力等起到的积极作用。In order to reasonably allocate the diagnosis and treatment resources, relying on it's information technology and the clinic appointment, "full time and space" outpatient service mode was launched in Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, which convenient for the patients to visit their familiar physician and overcoming the restriction of outpatient space and doctor's schedule, solving patients' difficulties in registration and waiting. The paper introduces the design idea, the implementation method of the "full time and space" outpatient service and the positive effect of the service on improving the patients' medical experiences and the service capacity.
