摘 要:以丝光羊毛、Sorona纤维、锦纶纤维为组合原料,采用半精纺工艺纺制三组分54 Nm纱线。通过分析3种不同纤维原料的性能差异,有针对性的设计纺纱各道工艺参数,采取合适的技术措施,纺制出三组分纤维混合的半精纺纱线,并对纱线的主要物理性能指标测试与分析。结果表明,丝光羊毛/Sorona纤维/锦纶三组分纤维通过半精纺纺纱系统的合理加工,纺制出的半精纺纱线强力、条干均匀度、毛羽、手感、亲肤等性能完全符合预期要求。Sorona fiber is a new type of biodegradable fiber that has excellent performances such as nature soft, good elasticity, anti fouling, anti ultraviolet radiation and easy care. The mercerized wool/ Sorona/Nylon semi-worsted blended yarn (54 Nm) was developed. The performances of three kinds of raw materials for different fibers were analyzed, and the parameters of the semi-worsted spinning process were designed. In the semi-worsted spinning process, the technology parameters were optimized, and the properties of the finished product yarns were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the strength, evenness, hairiness and product feel, skin friendly performance of the semi-worsted yarn conformed to the expected requirements through the reasonable processing of semi worsted spinning system.
