摘  要:研究红外光谱法在羊毛/腈纶混合物纤维含量定量分析检测中的应用。通过分析羊毛、腈纶及其混合物的红外光谱特征,选取合适的光谱分析区域,在TQ Analyst光谱分析软件中,采用偏最小二乘法,建立羊毛/腈纶混合物定量分析数学模型。试验表明:在混合物定量分析数学模型的拟合曲线中标准值和拟合值呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.999 5,均方根误差为1.07,偏差范围-1.82~1.85。实际样品的回收率92.7%~102.8%,重复测量结果之间的相对标准偏差(RSD)不大于10%,定量分析模型的可靠性强;实验误差在-2.17%~1.70%之间,满足实际检测的要求。This study is designed to the application of the infrared spectroscopy on the quantitative analysis of blended fibers of wool and acrylic. In spectrum analyzing software of TQ analyst, mathematical model of quantitative analysis to determine the content of blended fibers of wool and acrylic is founded by setting spectrum at an appropriate region and using the partial least square. The results demonstrate that the fitting curve of actual value and calculated value for mathematical model of quantitative analysis of blended fibers have good linearity, linear correlation coefficient is 0. 999 5, root mean square error is 1.07, and deviation is - 1.82 - 1.85. Recoveries of actual sample are 92.7% ~ 102.8% , and RSD is below 10%. The reliability of mathematical model of quantitative analysis applied to blended fibers is relatively high and the error of experimental is within - 2. 17% ~ 1.70% , which can meet the requirements of actual testing.
