摘  要:文章在紫绒过氧化氢脱色过程中引入酸性氧漂激活剂Dorelan PO liq.、双氧水活化剂TAED以及羊毛保护剂Dorelan PW liq.,对各个工艺参数进行单因素实验,主要包括激活剂PO用量、TAED/H2O2质量比、双氧水用量、保护剂PW用量、p H值、脱色温度、脱色时间等,测试脱色绒的白度和断裂强力。研究结果表明:在激活剂PO用量为16 m L/L,TAED/H2O2物质的量比为0.5∶1,30%双氧水用量80 m L/L,保护剂PW用量3 m L/L,p H值6,脱色温度50℃,脱色时间100 min,浴比1∶20时对脱色效果较好,白度值为72.012,强力损伤较小。The article introduced the acid oxygen bleaching activators Dorelan PO liq., Hydrogen peroxide activator TAED and the wool protective agent Dorelan PW liq. in the purple cashmere hydrogen peroxide bleaching process. It used the single-factor experiment method for the various process parameters, including the dosage of PO, TAED/H2O2 mass ratio, dosage of H2O2, dosage of PW, pH value, temperature, time, et al. The whiteness and strength were tested. The results showed that: when the dosage of PO was 16 mL/L, the TAED/H2O2 mass ratio was 0.5, the amount of H202 in 30% was 80 mL/L, the dosage of the PW was 3 mL/L, pH value was 6, the temperature was 50 ℃ , time was 100 min, bath ratio was 1 : 20, the decoloration effect of purple cashmere was the best, to whiteness 72. 012, the breaking strength damage less.
