摘  要:通过选择合理的组织结构,将4种不同比例的高支羊毛与细旦涤纶纤维的混纺纱线分别与高支羊毛纱线进行编织,经拒水纳米整理后,对其液态水传递性能动态变化测试。通过拒水纳米整理高支羊毛混纺针织面料具有良好的拒水效果。由于织物表面润湿能力下降,织物的液态水传递性能也下降,拒水性的提高有效的阻止了液态水在织物中的传递,为开发具有防水功能的高支羊毛针织物提供了理论基础。为优化舒适性及其他功能性针织物的设计和降低新产品开发成本,提供了理论和方法的参考依据。The paper introduces 4 yarns with different ratios of high count wool and fine denier polyester fiber matched with high count wool yarn are designed and produced by selecting proper fabric structure. After using repellent nano finishing, their liquid moisture transfer properties are measured by using the Moisture Management Tester (MMT). The study shows that after the nano repellent finishing, the water repellency of the fabrics have improved a lot, the improve of the water repellency prevents the liquid moisture transport effectively, it provides the theory pedestal for develop the water repellency fabric of high count wool knitted fabric. Therefore it can explore the change regularity and affect factor, provided the theory and methodology for the design of comfortable fabric.
