摘　　要：从设计和应用角度,介绍了CMB201-150型罐蒸机的机构组成、控制关键与方式,并对影响罐蒸机工艺性能指标的关键参数线速度、张力,从控制系统结构、变频器介绍及调试方面做了深入阐述;在自由PID的应用方面,重点对自由PID的参数配置做了详细介绍。实践证明,丹佛斯变频器自由PID功能在罐蒸机上卷绕线速度及张力的稳定控制方式,可推动和扩展应用在传统的表面卷绕控制设备上,有助于提升产品品质,降低生产成本,增加经济效益。From the perspective of design and applications, it introduces CMB201-IS0 type of the tank steaming machine, the control key and mode, and the influence of key parameters line speed tank steaming machine of process performance indicators and tension from the control system architecture, inverter and debugging. In the application of freedom P/D, focusing on freedom PID parameter configuration made a detailed presentation. Practice has proved that, Danfoss freedom PID function on the tank steaming machine stability control winding line speed and tension, to promote and expand the application in the traditional surface winding control device, this will improve product quality, reduce production costs and increase economic efficiency.
