三元共聚高吸油树脂合成与性能研究

摘　　要：以油酸十八酯(OCA)、甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)和苯乙烯(ST)为单体,反应型低聚硅氧烷(OSS)为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,甲苯为溶剂,采用溶液聚合法合成了高吸油性树脂。研究了引发剂用量、交联剂用量、单体配比、溶剂用量对树脂吸油性能的影响。试验结果表明:引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)用量为1.6(wt)%,交联剂(OSS)用量为0.25(wt)%,单体配比m_(ST):m_(BMA+OCA)=1:1.5,溶剂甲苯(MB)用量30(wt)%,反应温度为75℃,反应时间为5h时的条件下,所合成的树脂吸油性能最佳。该树脂对氯仿和柴油的吸油率可达78.6g·g^(-1)、32.1g·g^(-1),保油率均达到92.5%,可重复使用8~10次。The high oil-absorptive resin was synthesized using solution polymerization with octadecyl oleate （ OCA ）,styrene （ST）and Butyl Metbacrylatc （BMA） as monomers, reactive oligosiloxane （ OSS ）as crosslink agent, azobisisobutyronitrile （AIBN） as initiator, toluene as solvent. The factors affecting the oil absorbency were studied. The experimental results show that：Under the conditions of AIBN dosage 1.6（wt）%,OSS dosage 0.25（wt）%,dosage of OSS ： dosage of（ ST ） ：（ BMA ＋OCA ） = 1 ：1.5, MB dosage 30（wt）%, oil absorbency of oil-absorptive resin is perfect respectively. The saturated oil absorption rate of the oil-absorptive resin for trichloromethane is 78.6g·g^-1 and diesel is 32.1g·g^-1,the oil retention percentage is 92.5%,and the oil-absorptive resin can be reused for eight-ten times.
