摘 要:为了比较樱桃果蝇对不同颜色的趋性,指导田间色板诱虫,本试验采用10种不同颜色的色板研究樱桃果蝇成虫对颜色的趋性及室内和田间的诱虫效果,并进行了3个悬挂高度色板对该虫的诱集试验。结果表明,绿色和黑色色板诱集到的樱桃果蝇成虫数量最多,其诱集效果显著高于生产上普遍用于监测的黄色,而黄色对樱桃果蝇的诱集效果显著高于其余7种颜色;色板置于树干离地1.5 m(中部)诱集到的樱桃果蝇成虫数量最多,与0.8 m(下部)、2.0 m(上部)之间差异极显著。因此,建议用绿色和黑色色板监测樱桃果蝇成虫发生动态,高度以樱桃树干中部位置为宜。In order to compare the response of fruit fly to different colors and provide guide for field trapping, sticky cards of 10 different colors and 3 hanging heights were used to study the taxis of the adults of fruit fly in the laboratory and field. The results appeared that the number of fruit fly adults trapped by the green and black cards showed significant differences from that trapped by the yellow card, which was widely used in pest monitoring. Meanwhile, the number of fruit fly adults trapped by the yellow card was significantly higher than those trapped by the rest 7 kinds of cards. The hanging height test results indicated that the number of fruit fly adults trapped by sticky cards at the middle height ( 1.5 meters closed to the soil surface) was significantly higher than those at the lower(0.8 m)and upper height(2.0 m). Thus, the green and black cards were suggested to be used to monitor fruit fly adult population dynamics, and the optimum height was the middle height position of cherry tree.
