云南省村镇供水存在的问题及对策分析

摘　　要：云南省村镇供水存在规划深度不足、地形复杂、建设资金紧缺、后期运行维护困难、收费机制不健全等问题,阻碍了云南省城乡人居环境提升行动的大力开展。本文通过对现状进行分析,指出云南省村镇供水存在的问题,并提出对策。There are many problems existing in the water supply system of villages and small towns in Yunnan province, it includes insufficient depth of the planning, complex terrain, shortage of con- struction funds, difficulty of maintenance and operation in the later stages, unsound charging mechanism, which prevent the upgrade action of Yunnan urban and rural living environment to carry out. This article based on the analysis of the current situation, pointed out existing problem of the water supply system of villages and small towns in Yunnan province, and put forward the countermeasures.
