摘  要:2008年湖北省国土资源厅颁布实施了《湖北省盐矿地质勘查规程》、《湖北省盐矿水溶开采设计规程》、《湖北省水溶开采生产技术管理规程》(简称"新三项规程")。"新三项规程"中,Na Cl边界品位由35%下调至30%,经济可采纯盐厚度、开采层间距增加幅度较大。按"新三项规程"重新划分开采层后,资源储量总量和开采层资源储量总体有所增加;另由于间隔层加大,开采后形成地面塌陷的机率降低,对环境保护有利。云应盐矿区部分井田,因盐群纯盐厚度较小、埋深大、盐群间距远等原因,虽资源储量总量会增加,但开采层资源储量或会减少。通过实例分析,认为"新三项规程"条件下经济可采纯盐厚度开采层间距等关键指标调整符合客观实际,很有必要;综合利用Na2SO4品位由≥5%调整至≥8%可能并不符合实际情况,应维持5%不变。建议尽快推进"新三项规程"条件下资源储量核实工作。In 2008 sepecifications for salt mineral exploration in Hubei, sepecifications for salt mine solution mining in Hu- bei,sepecifications for technologu management of solution mining in Hubei were promulgated by Department of Land and Resources of Hubei Province ( hereinafter referred to as the" new three rules" ). In the "new three rules", the cut-off grade of NaC1 was reduced from 35% to 30%, and the economic growth of the thickness of the pure salt and the increase of the distance between the mining layers was larger. According to re-division of mining layer, total resources reserves and resources reserves of exploitation bed increase. Due to small pure salt thickness of salt group, buried depth, remote salt group spacing and other reasons, although the total reserves of resources will increase, but resource reserves of min- ing layer may be reduced. Through the example analysis, the authors think it is necessary key indicators such as spacing of economic thickness of the pure salt mining mining layer etc. accord with objective reality under the condition of "three new rules". Comprehensive utilization of Na2 SO4 grade does not conform to the actual situation, should remain unchanged at 5%. Verification of resource reserves is recommend.
