中国—东盟命运共同体的共同体诠释

摘　　要：通过探讨各学者从不同的学科视角对"共同体"内涵的阐释,总结出"共同体"公共性的固有之意及其表现形式。深化对"共同体"逻辑构成的认知,揭示"命运共同体"国家间具有依存性的应有之意,阐明"命运共同体"构建的四个基本层次。在"命运共同体"共性基础上提炼"中国—东盟命运共同体"的特有之义——交融性,赋予了中国—东盟战略伙伴关系新的内涵。通过坚持和平发展原则、奉行"亲诚惠容"的近邻外交理念以及构建"一带一路"合作新格局,促进中国与东盟形成命运相连、休戚与共的好邻居、好伙伴、好朋友。This paper summaries the inherent meaning and forms of expression of ＂ destiny commonality＂ through investigating interpretations from different disciplinary perspective of scholars. It deepens the cognition of its logical structure and reveals the proper meaning of independency among countries in this community. It clarifies the four basic levels of the construction of this ＂ destiny community＂ . Based on the commonality of destiny community, it extracts the special meaning of ＂China -ASEAN Community of Common Destiny＂, blending characteristics. This enriches the China-ASEAN strategic partnership with new connotation. By adhering to the principle of peaceful development and following neighbor diplomacy ideology of ＂ amity, sincerity, mutual benefit and inclusiveness＂ and constructing the new pattern of cooperation, ＂One Belt One Road＂, China and ASEAN will become good neighbors, good partners and good friends whose destiny is always closely connected and who shares weal and woe.
