摘 要:低维和介观物理系统的研究是凝聚态物理学中的重要研究方向,我们以二维三角晶格介质柱型光子晶体为研究对象,利用时域有限差分的方法,分析了其介观温光效应的影响:由于温度改变导致晶体介质的折射率和厚度发生变化,继而对光子禁带产生影响.结果表明:当晶体所处环境温度升高时,光子禁带发生整体平移(波长大的方向),禁带宽度变窄,禁带中心波长与温度变化存在线性关系,引入介观温光系数来描述该线性变化,得到理论数值γ=0.336nm/℃,这为二维光子晶体基光学器件的制备和使用提供了理论参考.Low dimensional and mesoscopic systems research has become an important research direction in condensed matter physics. Using the Finite Difference Time Domain method, the mesoscopic temperature and light effect on Two-dimensional triangular photonic crystals were analyzed. Due to temperature changes lead to changes in the refractive index and thickness of crystal medium, which in turn affect photonic band gap. The results show that when the ambient temperature rises, Photonic band gap will translation (to the large wavelength direction), the width of Photonic band gap narrow down. The central wavelength of Photonic band gap and temperature variation have a little linear relationship, introduces coefficients of the mesoscopic temperature and light , get theoretical values γ=0. 336 nm/℃. This provides a theoretical reference for production and use of A two-dimensional photonic crystal Optical device.
