手术室护理干预对预防消化道手术切口感染的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术室护理干预对预防消化道手术切口感染的影响。方法:将216例患者随机分为干预组和对照组,各108例。对照组的患者给予常规护理,干预组的患者在常规护理的基础上,给予手术室护理干预措施,观察两组术后的切口愈合情况、护理满意度、住院时间及治疗总费用,并进行比较。结果:干预组的术后切口愈合率和护理满意度分别为97.22%和97.22%,明显优于对照组的88.89%和89.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组的平均住院时间和治疗总费用分别为(12.41±4.87)d和(1.81±0.93)万元,明显低于对照组的(15.19±7.71)d和(2.40±1.55)万元,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室护理干预可有效预防消化道手术的切口感染,明显提高患者术后的切口愈合率和护理满意度,并缩短住院时间和减轻经济负担,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention of operation room on preventing gastrointestinal operation incision infection. Method 216 patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 108 patients for each. The patients in control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in intervention group were given nursing intervention of operating room on the basis of routine nursing. The incision healing rate,nursing satisfaction,hospitalization time and the total cost of treatment of the two groups were compared after operation. Results The postoperative incision healing rate and nursing satisfaction of intervention group were 97. 22% and 97. 22%,respectively,which were higher than those of 88. 89% and 89. 81% in control group,the difference had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The average hospitalization time and the total cost of treatment in intervention group were（ 12. 41 ± 4. 87） d and（ 18. 1 ± 9. 3） thousand Yuan,respectively,which were lower than those of（ 15. 19 ± 7. 71） d and（ 2. 40 ± 1. 55） thousand Yuan in control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention of operation room could effectively prevent gastrointestinal operative incision infection rate,significantly improve the postoperative incision healing rate and nursing satisfaction,shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the total cost of treatment,which is worth of clinical application.
