摘  要:[目的]探索不同施肥处理对高山萝卜产量及感官品质的影响,为发展高山萝卜及其合理施肥提供依据。[方法]以十堰市普遍种植的萝卜品种"双红一号"为试验材料,研究在高山环境下不同施肥处理对其产量和感官品质的影响。[结果]随着化肥投入量的增加,萝卜产量及单株重有增加的趋势,而根冠比呈现先增大后减小的趋势;施用有机肥既可以增产,还可以改善萝卜品质,而硼肥对萝卜增产效果不明显,但可以明显地改善萝卜品质。[结论]对"双红一号"而言,N 210 kg/hm2+P2O5147 kg/hm2+K2O 210 kg/hm2+商品有机肥750 kg/hm2为其最佳施肥处理,此时萝卜的单株重最大,经济产量最高。[Objective] To explore the effects of different fertilization treatments on the yield and sensory quality of the alpine radish, and to provide references for the rational fertilization of alpine radish. [ Method] With "Shuanghong No. 1 " widely planted in Shiyan Area as the re- search material, effects of different fertilization treatments on the yield and sensory quality of radish were studied in high elevation area. [ Result ] The yield and weight per plant of radish increased as the fertilizer application enhanced. The root-shoot ratio firstly increased and then decreased. The organic fertilizer increased the yield and quality of radish. The boron fertilizer did not improve the yields of radish but significantly enhanced the quality of radish. [ Conclusion] As for "Shuanghong No. 1 ", the optimal fertilization treatment was 210 kg/hm2 N + 147 kg/hm2 P205 + 210 kg/hm2 KzO + 750 kg/hm2 commercial organic fertilizer. Under this condition, the yield and weight per plant of radish were the highest.
