摘  要:以土壤试样中的阴离子为例,介绍了离子色谱技术的分离原理,分析了离子色谱技术在土壤监测中的优势,包括操作简单,准确度高,灵敏度高,可同时测定多种离子,选择性好。从固相萃取法、溶剂提取法、高温炉焙烧法、高温水解法等几种方法,着重介绍了离子色谱技术在土壤预处理中的应用。最后讨论了离子色谱技术在土壤离子监测中的常见问题,包括取样量,亚硝酸盐氮和氟离子的测定,淋洗液的浓度和流量的选择,样品净化与干扰的去除。With negative ion in soil test as a case, separation principle of ion chromatography technique was introduced. Advantages of ion chromatographic technique in soil monitoring were analyzed, which were high accuracy, good sensitivity, simple operation, and simultaneous determination of various ions. Soil pretreatment in ion chromatographic technique was mainly introduced by solid phase extraction method, sol- vent extraction method, high temperature furnace roasting method and high temperaturehydrolysis method. Finally, common problems in soil monitoring of ion chromatographic technique were discussed, including the detection of fluorion and nitrite nitrogen, sampling amount, the se- lection of concentration and flow of leacheate, and the removal of sample purification and interference.
