摘  要:在介绍国际挑战计划项目(GCP)概况的基础上,综述了集成育种平台(IBP)的研究进展,并对其未来发展进行了展望。集成育种平台是国际挑战计划项目建立的一个基于互联网的一站式服务平台,其初衷是无偿地为传统和现代育种活动提供先进的育种技术和优质服务,加速作物新品种的选育进程,应对全球不断增长的粮食需求。集成育种平台提供完整的植物育种决策,如软件工具(育种管理系统)、网上论坛、超过10种作物的产品和信息(包括诊断标记和性状手册),其中育种管理系统(BMS)是集成育种平台的核心产品。育种管理系统是一套综合的相互兼容的应用软件,能帮助育种者和研究者管理科研项目,搜集、存储和分析研究数据。集成育种平台(IBP)的使用将成为突破传统育种瓶颈的有效途径。Based on introducing the general situation of Generation Challenge Programme ( GCP), research progress of Integrated Breeding Plat- form (IBP) were reviewed; and its future development was forecasted. IBP is a one-stop service platform based on internet, which is established by GCP. IBP is established to provide advanced breeding technology and high-quality service for the traditional and modern breeding activities, and to accelerate the breeding progress of new crop varieties. IBP offers complete plant breeding solutions, such as software tools (the Breeding Management System), online forums, products and information for over 10 crops (including diagnostic markers and trait dictionaries). Breeding information management system (BMS) is the core of IBP products. BMS is a comprehensiye suite of mutually compatible software applications that together to help breeders and researchers manage their projects and collect, store and analyze their research data. Application of IBP will be- come a effective way to break through the traditional breeding bottlenecks.
