摘 要:采用有限元分析方法,以比吸能和初始碰撞力峰值为评价指标,通过与等质量均值密度泡沫填充管对比,研究了一种新型功能梯度泡沫填充管在不同冲击角度下的失效模式和耐撞性能,分析了包括泡沫梯度指数、壁厚和泡沫密度变化范围在内的结构参数对其在斜向冲击下耐撞特性的影响。结果表明,功能梯度泡沫填充管在斜向冲击下的耐撞性能明显优于均值密度泡沫填充管;结构参数之间相互关联、彼此影响,均对功能梯度泡沫填充薄壁管的耐撞特性产生显著影响。The failure modes and crashworthiness of a new functionally graded foam-filled thin-walled column underoblique impact were investigated using finite element analysis(FEA).The specific energy absorption(SEA)and the initialpeak force were adopted as performance indices.The effects of structural parameters including index parameter of gradedfoam,wall thickness and range of foam density on the crashworthiness characteristics of the columns were analyzed bycomparing with the uniform foam-filled counterparts.It is found that the functionally graded foam-filled thin-walled columnsare superior to their uniform counterparts considering energy-absorbing characteristics under oblique impact.It should benoted that structural parameters influence with each other,and all of them significantly influence the crashworthiness characteristicsof the structures.
