健身气功易经筋对神经衰弱学生的健身效应研究

摘　　要：目的:观察健身气功易经筋对神经衰弱学生的健身效应。方法:将实验对象随机分为两组,观察组习练健身气功易经筋,对照组不参加气功及其它系统性的健身锻炼,分别于实验3个月、6个月对两组实验对象进行效果观察。结果:实验3个月后,观察组神经衰弱常见症状评定量表5个因子均降分明显,SCL-90的6个因子降分明显,GWB的6个因子升分明显,与实验前比较及与对照组比较(除外情感和行为的控制因子)差异均明显(均P<0.01)。实验6个月后,观察组各量表的因子得分进一步改变,与实验前比较及与对照组比较差异均显著(敌意P<0.05,其他均P<0.01)。结论:健身气功易筋经对神经衰弱学生具有良好的健身效应,不失为对神经衰弱症患者有效的行为干预方式。Object： To observe the healthy effect of yijin-jing on neurasthenic students. Methods： 70 students are randomly devided into observation group and controled group. The observation group practises the health Qigong yijin-jing,while controled group does not attend any practise of yijin-jing and some other likewise. To abserve the effect of two groups after 3 months and 6 months＇ experiment respectively. Results： After 3 months＇ experiment,i the score of all five genes of the neurasthenic frequent symptom scale and the six genes of SCL-90 decreases obviously n observation group,while the score of six genes of GWB increases obviously,which are distinctive compared with those of controled group and pre-experiment（ except the genes of ex-emotion and behavior control）（ all P〈0.01）. After six months＇ experiment,the score of the genes of each scale of abservation group alters furtherly,all of which are distinctive compared with those of control group and pre-experiment（ hostility P〈0. 05,all the others P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： There are effective healthy effect of health Qigong yijin-jing on the neurasthenic students,which is a kind of effective behavior interventions for neurasthenic sufferers.
