清肝泻肺止血方治疗肝火犯肺型支气管扩张30例

摘　　要：目的:观察清肝泻肺止血方治疗肝火犯肺型支扩并咯血的临床疗效。方法:选择符合有关诊断标准的肝火犯肺证支扩并咯血患者共60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组在对照组治疗基础上予清肝泻肺止血方治疗,对照组予对症止血治疗。一个疗程后观察两组患者治疗前、后咯血及主要症状的变化,并进行统计学分析。结果:(1)观察组总有效率97.7%,与对照组总有效率90.0%相比,两组无明显差异,P>0.05,但在显控率方面两组有显著性差异,P<0.05,观察组66.67%高于对照组43.33%。(2)观察组咯血总有效率90.0%、平均止血时间3.53±2.57天,均优于对照级总有效率70.0%、平均止血时间5.20±3.63天,二者有明显差异,P<0.05。结论:清肝泻肺止血方治疗肝火犯肺型支扩并咯血的临床疗效显著,且无严重不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the treatment of bronchiectasis and hemoptysis syndrome of liver fire invading lung with Qinggan Xiefei Zhixue Fang. Method： 60 cases of bronchiectasis and hemoptysis syndrome of liver fire invading lung were randomly divided into observation group and controled group（ 30cases）. The abservation group was treated with Qinggan Xiefei Zhixue Fang based on the controled group. The controled group was treated with western medicine to stop bleeding. After a course of treatment（ 7 days）,Hemoptysis and treatment changes were observed before and after treatment,and carries on statistics analysis. Results： The observation group,the total efficiency of 97. 7%. The control group,the total efficiency of 90. 0%. No significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）.Hemoptysis total efficiency of the abservation group was 90. 0%,with an average hemostasis time of 3. 53 ± 2. 57 days. Hemoptysis total efficiency of the control group was 90. 0%,with an average hemostasis time of 5. 20 ± 3. 63 days. The abservation group than the control group,two groups were significantly different（ P〈0. 05）. conclusion： This method of treatment of bronchiectasis and hemoptysis syndrome of liver fire invading lung have a significant effect. And no serious adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application.
