摘 要:目的:优化通淋汤的机器煎煮工艺。方法:采用正交试验优化通淋汤机器煎煮工艺的浸泡时间、煎煮温度和煎煮时间三个参数。通过HPLC测定和紫外分光光度法,以绿原酸、结合型蒽醌含量和浸出物量为考察指标进行工艺对比研究。结果:通淋汤最佳机器煎煮工艺为浸泡20min后于105℃煎煮30min。结论:经优化的机器煎煮工艺优于传统水煎工艺,且方法稳定可靠。Objective: To optimize the technology of machine boiling process of Tonglin Decoction. Methods: Optimization factors on soaking time,boiling temperature and the boiling time for Tonglin Decoction by orthogonal test. Using chlorogenic acid,combined anthraquinone content and the extract amount as composite score indexes to compare the machine boiling processes by HPLC and UV spectrophotometry. Result: Optimal machine boiling process was as following: soaked 20 minutes,boiling 30 minutes at 105℃. Conclusion: The optimized technology of machine boiling process was better than the traditional boiling process,and the method is stable and reliable.
