摘 要:目的:探讨片仔癀(PZH)对大肠杆菌内毒素(LPS)致新西兰兔发热模型的解热抗炎作用。方法:新西兰兔42只,雌雄各半,随机分为7组:正常对照组、模型组、阿司匹林对照组、小柴胡颗粒剂组、PZH0.24g/kg、0.12g/kg、0.06g/kg剂量组,观察灌胃给药不同剂量(0.24g/kg、0.12g/kg、0.06g/kg)的PZH后不同时间点的体温变化,同时观察PZH对兔血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-8、白细胞含量的影响。结果:LPS致新西兰兔发热模型中,小柴胡颗粒剂和片仔癀0.24g/kg、0.12g/kg、0.06g/kg剂量组与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),且片仔癀各给药组的体温的降低与药物呈剂量依赖效应。小柴胡颗粒剂和片仔癀0.24g/kg、0.12g/kg、0.06g/kg剂量组兔血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-8、白细胞含量与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),且片仔癀各给药组兔血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-8、白细胞含量的降低与药物呈剂量依赖效应。结论:片仔癀具有一定的解热抗炎作用,其作用与阿司匹林相当、优于小柴胡颗粒剂。Objective: To explore antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of Pien Tze Huang( PZH) on lipopolysaccharide( LPS) induced febrile response in rabbits. Methods: 42 rabbits( half male and half female) were divided into normal group,model group,aspirin group,Xiaocaihu granule group,0. 24 g / kg dose of PZH group,0. 12 g / kg dose of PZH group and 0. 06 g / kg dose of PZH group.The fever model of rabbits was induced by injection of LPS to observe the effect of antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of PZH.Tempretures of different time were observed after administrating PZH( 0. 24 g / kg,0. 12 g / kg and 0. 06 g / kg). At the same time,the effect of PZH on levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-8 and leukocyte were determined. Results: Compared with model group,Xiaocaihu granule group,0. 24 g / kg dose of PZH group,0. 12 g / kg dose of PZH group and 0. 06 g / kg dose of PZH group obviously decrease the tempreture( P〈0. 05),moreover the effect of PZH is in a dose-dependent manner. Meanwhile,Xiaocaihu granule group,0. 24 g /kg dose of PZH group,0. 12 g / kg dose of PZH group and 0. 06 g / kg dose of PZH group inhibited the generation of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-8 and leukocyte,and they were significant comparing with model group( P〈0. 05). The effect of PZH is also in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: PZH has antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects,it is similar to aspirin and better than Xiaocaihu granule.
