摘  要:目的:探讨苍耳子油壳聚糖纳米微粒对变应性鼻炎的治疗作用。方法:采用卵清蛋白腹腔注射及鼻激发制备变应性鼻炎小鼠模型,给予苍耳子油壳聚糖纳米微粒滴鼻治疗,并与苍耳子油比较,观察小鼠行为学和鼻腔黏膜中嗜酸性粒细胞数量的变化及用ELISA方法对血清总Ig E和IL-4含量进行检测。结果:苍耳子油壳聚糖纳米微粒可明显降低卵清蛋白致过敏性鼻炎模型小鼠血清中Ig E和细胞因子IL-4的水平,及减轻过敏性鼻炎小鼠的抓挠鼻部和打喷嚏等症状,与苍耳子油组相比,同样具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。Objective: To investigate the effect of Xanthium oil chitosan nanoparticles in Allergic rhinitis mice. Methods: The ovalbumin-induced Mouse Model with Allergic Rhinitis were treated with Xanthium oil chitosan nanoparticles,then compared with the effect of Xanthium oil,to observe the change of the mouse behavior and the number of eosinophils in nasal mucosa,and detect the levels of Ig E and IL-4 in serum by ELISA. Results: The Xanthium oil chitosan nanoparticles could significantly reduce the levels of Ig E and IL-4 in the ovalbumin-induced Mouse Model of Allergic Rhinitis,and alleviate the symptoms of scratching the nose and sneezing. Compared to volatile oil group,the effect also had the statistical difference( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: the Xanthium oil chitosan nanoparticles have a stronger inhibitory effect than volatile oil on Allergic Rhinitis.
