摘　　要：热敏灸是选择热敏穴位悬灸,激发透热、扩热、传热,通过经气传导,达到远部热、深部热、患部热,从而显著提高疗效的一种新灸法。热敏灸源于经典、基于临床、继承创新,是具有自主知识产权的原始创新技术。陈日新带领的科研团队从灸疗热敏现象入手,围绕"灸疗穴位敏感性"与"灸疗充足时间量"两个关键科学问题,沿着肯定现象、探索规律、提高疗效、创新理论的研究思路,发现了灸疗特异性穴位,即热敏穴位;创立了"辨敏施灸"新技术,即热敏灸技术;建立了"敏消量足"的灸量标准,即个体化最佳灸时标准;构建了灸疗理论新体系,即热敏灸理论体系;显著提高了灸疗疗效,开辟了人体机能体表热敏调控新天地。The Heat-sensitive Moxibustion is a new way to implement suspended moxibustion on selected heat-sensitive acupoint.The therapeutic effect of this kind of moxibustion is greatly improved as the penetrating heat,the expanding heat and the transmitting heat are stimulated to achieve the distant heat,the deep heat and the heat in affected part by the conduction of qi. Inheriting and innovating on the basis of the classics and clinical trails,the Heat-sensitive Moxibustion is an original innovation with proprietary intellectual property rights. The research team,leaded by Chen Rixin,starts from the heat-sensitive phenomenon of moxibustion and then focuses on two significant scientific points which are the ＂the sensibility of moxibustion acupoints ＂and ＂the sufficient moxibustion time＂. Following the research line of discovering the phenomenon,exploring the discipline,improving the therapeutic effect and innovating the theory,it discovers the special acupoints to moxibustion,which are called as Heat-sensitive Acupoints. And the new technology that recognizes the heat-sensitive points to implement moxibustion is created,which is named as Heat-sensitive Moxibustion Technology. New standards of moxibustion dosage that the moxibustion is enough as the sensitization disappears is also built,which is the best individual standard of moxibustion time. Apparently improving the therapeutic effect of moxibustion,the Heat-sensitive Moxibustion breaks a new ground of the surface heat-sensitive regulation and control of human beings physical function.
