软件产业安全影响因素的实证研究——基于产业动态竞争力的视角

摘　　要：从产业动态竞争力的视角对软件产业安全影响因素进行实证分析,结果显示:产业自主创新能力、企业竞争力、知识产权保护、行业协会和生产要素供给对软件产业动态竞争力和产业安全具有显著的正向影响。提出以自主创新能力和知识产权保护为主,并从政府、行业协会、企业三个角度提出维护软件产业安全的对策和建议。This article empirically analyzed the influential factors of software industry safety from the perspective of industrial dynamic competi-tiveness. Results show that the independent innovation capacity of the industry, the enterprise competitiveness, the intellectual property protection, the industry association and the production factors supply could significantly and positively influence the dynamic competitiveness and safety of software industry. Therefore, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed in this article aiming at maintaining software industry safety, which advocate focusing on independent innovation capacity and intellectual property protection from the perspective of the government, the industry association and the enterprises.
