自拟益气补血汤对盐酸苯肼介导的小鼠氧化性溶血的疗效及其对红细胞抗氧化能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟益气补血汤对盐酸苯肼介导的小鼠氧化性溶血的疗效及其对红细胞抗氧化能力的影响.方法：选择90只健康小鼠,按随机数字表法平均分为3组,观察比较治疗后3组小鼠血浆红细胞计数、游离血红蛋白、间接胆红素水平及红细胞SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活力.结果：与对照组小鼠比较,研究组小鼠血浆游离血红蛋白、间接胆红素水平明显升高,而红细胞计数、红细胞SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活力明显下降,且研究组1中小鼠血浆游离血红蛋白、间接胆红素水平低于研究组2,而红细胞计数、红细胞SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活力均分别高于研究组2趋于正常对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：自拟益气补血汤可明显缓解盐酸苯肼介导的小鼠氧化性溶血症状,通过提高SOD、CAT、GSH-Px等活力保护红细胞抗氧化能力.Objective to study the quasi yiqi blood tonic soup of phenylhydrazine hydrochloride mediated the effect of oxidative hemolysis of mice and its effects on erythrocyte antioxidant capacity. Methods： 90 healthy mice, the average is divided into three groups according to random number table method, compare three groups after treatment in plasma, free hemoglobin in red blood cell count, and indirect bilirubin level and erythrocyte SOD, CAT and gsh-px activity. Results： compared with control group, the team in plasma free hemoglobin, indirect bilirubin levels increased significantly, and the red blood cell count, erythrocyte SOD, CAT and gsh-px activity decreased obviously, and the team 1 in plasma free hemoglobin, indirect bilirubin levels lower than group 2, and red blood cell count, erythrocyte SOD, CAT and gsh-px activity were higher than that of group 2 returns to normal control group, compared statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： since the quasi yiqi blood tonic soup can obviously alleviate the symptoms of phenylhydrazine hydrochloride mediated oxidative hemolysis of mice, by improving the SOD, CAT and gsh-px activity protect erythrocyte antioxidant capacity.
