摘　　要：目的探究护理安全管理对心脏介入围手术期的重要性.方法：选取今年在我院进行心脏介入诊察及治疗的患者,对其进行围手术期的管理,包括术前相关知识的宣传,过敏史及碘过敏试验,抢救药物及设备的准备,术前药物的使用情况,生命体征的术前、术中、术后的严密观察、评估及时配合医生处理.结果：对218名患者进行围手术期护理,患者的并发症从0.5%降到0.2%,手术成功率高达97%.结论：严格对介入术前、术中、术后病人进行管理监控,能有效减少并发症的发生.objectiveTo explore the nursing safety management on the importance of cardiac intervention perioperative. Methods：Select this year in the hospital for cardiac interventional diagnosis and treatment of patients,on the perioperative management,including preoperative knowledge propaganda,allergies and iodine allergy test,ready to rescue medicine and equipment,preoperative drug usage,vital signs of the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative close observation and assessment with the handle in time.The results of：Perioperative nursing of 218 patients,the complications of patients from 0.5% to 0.2%,surgical success rate as high as 97%.Conclusion：Strictly for involvement in preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative patients manage monitoring,can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications.
