抢救药品和物品管理在“120”急救车内的问题和对策

摘　　要：目的探讨抢救药品和物品管理在“120”急救车内存在的问题并作出对策.方法：对“120”急救车内的抢救药品和物品管理存在的问题进行调查分析,主要对急救车内的药品、物品、急救工具的编号、使用方法、有效期及数量等情况进行调查,针对存在的问题提出可行的对策.结果：“120”急救车内的抢救药品和物品的管理效果明显提高,过期药品有效处理明显减少,医务人员的抢救效率明显提高,不良后果也明显减少.与实施前有明显差异（P〈0.05）.结论：对“120”急救车内的抢救药品和物品管理进行问题的调查分析及提出合理的对策有效提高了急救效果,工作人员急救能力明显提高,具有重要临床意义.ObjectiveTo explore the problems in the management of emergency medicine and equipments in the 120 resuscitation cart.and to make some countermeasures.Methods：we investigated the management problems of the “120”resuscitation cart in our hospital,mainly investgated the number,method of use,the period of validity,quantity of medicine and equipment in the resuscitation cart.To put forward feasible countermeasures against the existing problems.Results：The management effect of emergency medicine and equipment in the resuscitation cart is obviously improved. expired drugs decreased significantly, The efficiency of the medical personnel is obviously improved, and the adverse effect is obviously reduced.Conclusions：To investigate the problems in the management of emergency medicine and equipments in the ＂120＂ resuscitation cart , and put forward reasonable countermeasures can improve the emergency effect, and the first aid ability of staff is significantly improved, this has important clinical significance.
