摘  要:目的观察胸腰椎骨折前路术中钉板与钉棒系统固定点生物力学稳定性对胸腰椎骨折的影响.方法:用8具猪胸腰段脊柱标本,模拟胸腰椎爆裂骨折前路手术,分别进行前路钉棒系统与钉板系统内固定,应用生物力学测试机检测固定术后胸腰椎的刚度及稳定性.结果:在前屈、后伸,左、右旋转,以及轴向压缩载荷下,钉棒系统稳定性优于钉板系统(P〈0.05);在左、右侧屈方面,相同载荷下钉棒系统与钉板系统的角度变化比较,无统计学意义(P〉0.05).结论:在胸腰椎的前路固定术中,钉棒系统具有更强的生物力学稳定性.Objective to observe the biomechanical stability of thoracolumbar fractures by anterior approach with screw plate or screw rod system .Method: 8 specimens of thoracolumbar spine from pigs, were used to imitate the thoracolumbar burst fracture by anterior surgery. Every specimen was operated by interfixation with screw plate and screw rod system separately . The stiffness and stability of thoracolumbar spine was tested by a biomechanical machine. Result: compared with screw-plate system, screw-rod system in thoracolumbar spine gained the better biomechanical stability in flexion, extension, right/left rotation and axial compression (p〈0.05), but there was no statistical significance in left/right lateroflexion between the two group (P〉0.05) . conclusion: screw-rod system gained the excellent biomechanical stability in thoracolumbar spine by anterior interfixation.
