摘　　要：目的探讨反流性食管炎 实施舒适护理的效果.方法：选择我院2014年2月-2015年2月收治的反流性食管炎患者100例,据双盲方式随机分组,包括甲组和乙组.甲组护理模式为一般模式,乙组护理模式为舒适模式,对比两组睡眠质量分数、舒适分数和满意分数,并对比疗效.结果：乙组患者睡眠质量较高,舒适性和满意度较高,疗效更显著,数据间差异显著P〈0.05.结论：舒适护理在反流性食管炎患者中的应用效果确切,可提高舒适度和满意度,改善患者睡眠质量和治疗效果,ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of comfort nursing in the implementation of reflux esophagitis.Methods：the research object is the hospital in February 2014 to 2015 February reflux esophagitis patients 100 cases, according to a double-blind randomized, including a and B group. Division of nursing care model for general patterns, group B nursing mode for the comfort mode, compared two groups of sleep quality scores, comfortable and satisfied fractions and compare curative effect.Results：the sleep quality of patients in group B was higher, comfort and satisfaction were higher, the effect was more significant, the difference was significant between the data P〈0.05.Conclusion：comfort nursing in patients with reflux esophagitis in the application effect is exact, can improve the comfort and satisfaction, improve the quality of sleep and the treatment effect, it is worth promoting.关键词反流性食管炎;舒适护理;效果
