防粘连冲洗液盆腔灌注法预防妇产科盆腔手术术后粘连的护理研究

摘　　要：目的观察分析防粘连冲洗液盆腔灌注法预防妇产科盆腔手术术后粘连效果情况.方法：随机选取110例妇产科盆腔手术患者,并将其随机分为对照组（55例）和试验组（55例）,对照组患者术后不行冲洗液盆腔灌注,试验组在盆腔手术后行冲洗液盆腔灌注.结果：两组患者手术时间比较差异并不明显（P〉0.05）.试验组患者肛门排气时间、住院时间、切口愈合时间均明显短于对照组患者,治疗后粘连情况、术后不良反应发生率明显低于对照组患者（P〈0.05）.试验组甲级愈合率明显高于对照组（P〉0.05）.结论：防粘连冲洗液盆腔灌注法预防妇产科盆腔手术术后粘连效果明显,可有降低粘连率,提高手术效果.Objective To observe and analyze the effect of the prevention of postoperative adhesion in the pelvic cavity operation of Obstetrics and gynecology with the method of preventing the adhesion and washing liquid. Methods： randomly selected 110 patients with gynecological pelvic surgery and were randomly divided into control group （55 cases） and test group （55 cases）, control group patients after no flushing fluid of pelvic perfusion, the experimental group in pelvic surgery underwent flushing fluid of pelvic perfusion. Results： there was no significant difference in the operation time between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The time of anus exhaust, length of hospital stay and healing time of the patients in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Grade a healing rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： the prevention of postoperative adhesion of pelvic cavity by the method of preventing adhesion and washing fluid of pelvic cavity is obvious, which can reduce the adhesion rate and improve the operation effect.
