互动式晨会交班在提高胸外科护士临床胜任力中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探索互动式晨会交班在提高胸外科护士临床胜任力中的效果.方法：从2013年10月至今,每日下午17：00左右每两组护士一起进行晚间护理查房,次日晨会进行互动式交班：由小组长对所管病人的特殊病情变化进行重点口头交班,大家可以补充,护士长及时给予点评或指导.结果：实施互动式晨会交班后,护士在健康评估能力、临床操作技能、个人人文素质、临床判断能力、健康教育以及临床组织能力各方面均有不同提高.结论：开展互动式晨会交班有助于提升护理专科内涵,提高护理服务能力和专业技术水平,保障患者安全和护理质量,对改善病人就医体念起到重要作用.Objective Exploration of the interactive morning shift in improving the clinical competency of nurses in the Department of thoracic surgery in effect.
