摘　　要：糖尿病肾病（DN）即糖尿病性肾小球硬化症,是糖尿病最主要的微血管并发症之一,是导致终末期肾病（ESRD）的主要原因之一.目前中医对糖尿病肾病的认识日渐成熟.本文通过查阅文献,罗列了历代和现代医家对糖尿病肾病的中医病名和病因病机的认识,以供后世医家参考.Nephropathy Diabetic is one of the most important microvascular complication of diabetes mellitus,which is one of the main causes of End Stage Renal Disease. At present, traditional Chinese medicine has become more and more mature in the diabetic nephropathy. Through literature review, lists the understanding of ancient and modern physicians on diabetic nephropathy TCM disease name and cause of disease machine, in order to offer reference of later doctors.
