摘 要:目的对体检中心健康管理一体化的服务模式进行探讨.方法:将300例体检者随机分成实验组和对照组各150例.对照组采用常规服务模式进行管理,实验组采用健康管理一体化方式,比较两组体检者对服务管理工作的满意度.结果:实验组体检者对护理工作的满意度远高于对照组(P〈0.05),差异有统计学意义.结论:体检中心健康管理一体化服务模式能够有效提高体检者的满意度,值得在体检中心进行推广.Objective to healthy physical examination center management integration service mode are discussed. Selection methods: in June 2013 to June 2015, I am a medical center received 300 cases of medical examination randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group of each physical examination is 150 cases. Control group in physical examination is a regular service mode is adopted to improve the management, the experimental group medical adopt the way of health management integration management, compared two groups of physical examination to the satisfaction of service management. Results: the physical examination of nursing work satisfaction is much higher than the control group, the differences between the two groups, P 〈 0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion: the physical examination center, health service management integration model can effectively improve the satisfaction of the physical examination, is worth popularizing in a medical center.
