中药外敷小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析中药外敷小夹板固定对桡骨远端骨折的临床治疗效果.方法：对2014年10月-2015年12月我院骨伤科桡骨远端骨折病例124例患者,行手法正确复位后,配合我科自制中药外敷加杉树皮小夹板外固定,观察临床疗效.结果：本组124例患者临床症状改善,优118例,良4例,差2例,总优良率98.4%.结论：中药外敷小夹板固定治疗桡骨远端骨折,可早期消肿止痛,随肢体肿胀程度,随时调节夹板松紧度,配合肢体的主动及被动功能锻炼,有效减轻疼痛、消肿、加快伤肢的骨折愈合.Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the small splint distal radius fracture fixation. Methods： October 2014 December -2015 of orthopedics in our hospital 124 cases of patients with fracture of the distal end, manual reset correctly, with a homemade external application of Chinese medicine and Chinese fir bark splint, clinical observation. Results： the clinical symptoms of 124 patients improved, excellent in 118 cases, good in 4 cases, poor in 2 cases, the total fine rate was 98.4%. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine small splint fixation for the treatment of distal radius fractures, early swelling and pain, with limb swelling, adjust the tightness of the splint, with active and passive functional exercise of limbs, relieve pain, swelling, accelerate fracture healing of the injured limb.
