住院病人跌倒特征性分析与对策

摘　　要：目的分析住院病人跌倒事件发生的特征性,为制定患者跌倒防范管理措施提供依据.方法：回顾2014年上报的109例住院病人跌倒事件,对跌倒发生原因及造成伤害程度进行研究.结果：40例跌倒在厕所,44例跌倒在床旁,25例跌倒在其他;跌倒造成伤害程度：1级占19.27%,2 级33.03%,314.68%,无伤害34例,2例伤害情况不详.结论：对护理人员进行跌倒防范培训,提高护士的风险意识水平和跌倒防范能力,对住院患者进行跌倒风险评估并积极采取防范措施,是防范住院患者跌倒的根本途径.Objectiveto analyze the characteristic of hospital patients fall, and to provide evidence for patients fall prevention measures. Methods：to review 2014, 109 cases of hospitalized patients fall events, study the cause and the harm degree to fall. Results：40 cases fell in the toilet （36.70）, and 44 cases fall in bed （40.37）, 25 cases fall in other （22.94）; Falling damage degree： level 1 19.27% （21/109）, 2 levels of 33.03% （36/109）, 3 14.68% （16/109）, no damage 34 cases （31.19%）, 2 cases of injury is unknown. Conclusion：to fall prevention training of nursing staff, improve the level of nurses risk consciousness and ability to prevent fall, fall risk assessment in patients with hospital and actively take preventive measures, is the basic way to prevent falls in hospitalized patients.
