摘　　要：通过对直升机乘员在水下应急逃生过程中可能存在的应激源及乘员的生理反应进行分析,提出若干对策和干预措施;并对乘员应急入水时产生的一些特殊病理学问题进行探析,为直升机乘员水下应急逃生技术的研究提供医学支撑.This paper analyzes possible stressors and physiological responses of pilots when they are in the case of underwater escape. To handle these problems, this paper proposes some strategies and intervention measures. Besides, this paper has studied on some special medical problems triggered when crew entry on emergency, which applies beneficial medical supports for the research on the technique of helicopter crew underwater escape.
