中西医结合治疗深度压疮临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的综合运用中医和西医两个不同理论,采用中西医结合治疗深度压疮,观察其临床疗效.方法：以我院我科2013年4月1日至2015年03月31日收治的深度压疮患者45例为研究对象,采用中西医结合方法进行全身调养、营养供给、创面手术修复等手段治疗压疮.结果：44例压疮患者营养恢复良好,深度压疮创面修复完好,连续随访观察3个月,形态及功能良好,耐磨耐压,疗效满意;其中1例患者因入院时营养状况极差,恶病质,且合并肺部感染,无手术指征,入院后病情持续恶化死亡.结论：中西医结合治疗压疮,治疗成本低廉,优势肯定,疗效确切,适合临床推广使用.Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for severe pressure sore based on the theories of traditional Chinese medicine and the Western medicine. Methods： 45 cases of patients with severe pressure sore were selected as the research objects, all of whom were admitted in our department between April 1, 2013 and March 31, 2015. The patients were treated with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine such as systemic medical care, nutrition supply and surgical repair of wound, etc. Results： 44 cases of patients were well recovered and the severe pressure sore was well repaired. These patients were followed up for 3 months, and the wound surface was good in shape and function, which was tolerated to friction and pressure. So the curative effects were satisfactory. One person died, whose disease was deteriorated after admission, due to poor nutritional status and cachexy combined with pulmonary infection yet without surgical indications. Conclusion： Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is suitable for clinical treatment of pressure sores, because of its lower cost, confirmed advantages and definite curative effects.
