中西医结合治疗红皮病型银屑病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察阿维A胶囊联合中药药浴、窄谱中波紫外线治疗红皮病型银屑病的疗效.方法：150例患者随机分为3组,治疗1组采用阿维A胶囊、中药药浴、窄谱中波紫外线治疗;治疗2组采用阿维A胶囊联合中药药浴治疗;对照组单纯服用阿维A胶囊治疗.结果：治疗4周后,治疗1组有效率为 80.0%,治疗2组为70.0%,对照组为50.0%;治疗8周后,治疗1组有效率为 92.0%,治疗2组为80.0%,对照组为68.0%;治疗1组、2组分别与对照组有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义.结论：中西医结合疗法治疗红皮病型银屑病疗效好,不良反应少.ObjectiveTo observe the treatment effects of chinese medicine Herbs bath and narrow-band ultraviolet B combined acitretin on Erythrederma Psoriaticum.Method：150 cases of erythroderma psoriaticum were divided into 3 groups randomly.The first treatment group was treated with chinese medicine Herbs bath and narrow-band ultraviolet B combined acitretin,the second treatment group was treated with chinese medicine Herbs bath combined acitretin,while the control group was treated with orally taken acitretin.Results：After four months, the effective rate in the first treatment group, the second treatment group and the control group was 80.0%,70.0%,50.0%. After eight months,the effective rate in the first treatment group, the second treatment group and the control group was 92.0%,80.0%,68.0%,respectively.Conclusion：Combined chinese and western medicines on erythroderma psoriatieum are better,and the adverse rate is lower.
